Alfeus Jebabun is an Advocate and Legal Researcher with more than 14 years of experience in administrative law litigation and research, mining and licensing disputes, as well as land and property matters. He consistently handles disputes involving government policy and industry interests, including representing nickel companies in administrative court proceedings concerning discriminatory policies related to business license registration, as well as various mining permit disputes before the Administrative Courts. In the civil sphere, he is also experienced in handling land and property disputes, including successfully bringing a tort claim against one of the largest housing developers for actions that caused losses to consumers in Bogor.
